Mrs. Esther Marie Locklear Woods age 78 was born on February 09, 1942 to the late Bell B. Richardson and the late Virginia K. Lynch Richardson in Warren County, North Carolina. She departed this life into her eternal home on December 18, 2020 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, York Tommy Richardson, Doris Norman Richardson and Cooley "Bo" Richardson, three sisters: Hazel Dale, Lois Evans and Daisy Mills.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons: Samuel Kirk Locklear and wife April of Maxton, North Carolina; William Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; brother: Stevie Richardson and wife Gaynell of Warrenton, North Carolina; two sisters: Pearlean Richardson and husband Garland of Hollister, North Carolina; Winston " Wynce " Lynch and husband Stanley of Warrenton, North Carolina; five grandchildren: Quientin T. Locklear, Bret Locklear, Seth Locklear, Whitney Locklear, and Brooke Locklear; five great-grandchildren, Isabella Jacobs, Tylon Locklear, Cayson Jacobs, Ayonna Locklear, and Taylee Locklear. A host of other relatives and friends.
