Mr. Enoch Jacobs Jr. age 76 was born on March 12, 1946, to the late Enoch Jacobs and the late Martha Bryant Jacobs in Robeson County. He departed this life on August 16, 2022. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Ricky Jacobs, grandson Jeremy Chavis, brothers Thomas Jacobs, Sam Jacobs, Jerry Jacobs, and sisters Liza Chavis, and Bessie Collins.

Mr. Enoch leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Uneeda Hunt Jacobs of the home, three sons: Enoch Jacobs of Maxton, North Carolina, Joshua Hunt,  Justin Jones both of Red Springs, North Carolina, and three daughters: Glenda Chavis of Maxton, North Carolina, Erlene Baxley of Shannon, North Carolina, Shanta Lambert of Red Springs, North Carolina, three brothers: Rev. Luke Jacobs, Harold D. Jacobs both of Maxton, North Carolina, Willie Owen Jacobs of Pembroke, North Carolina, one sister: Bernice Bullard of Lumberton, North Carolina, nineteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
