Mrs. Elouise Locklear age 69 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on January 09, 1953, to the late Mr. James Jacobs and the late Mrs. Lillie Mae Cummings in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Orlee Locklear and Fannie Clark.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Thurmond Jr. Locklear of Pennsylvania; Dale Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; two daughters, Tonya Denise Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; Dixie Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; two sisters, Rose Clark of Red Springs, North Carolina; Barbara Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; ten grandchildren, Lakisha, Breanna, Tylia, Brandi, Adrian, Daylen, Brittney, Trent, Shane, Katrina, Kyra, and a host of other relatives and friends.
