Mrs. Ellen Jane Revels Bullard age 70 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on December 26, 1952, to the late Mr. Augusta Revels and the late Mrs. Frances Lowery Revels in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on Friday February 24, 2023, at FirstHealth Richmond Hospital in Richmond County. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Revels, Rev. Randy Revels, three sisters, Betty Pearl Collins, Florence Locklear, Patricia "Pee Wee" Revels, one great grandson, Jacy Marcus Bullard.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, George Bullard (Tisha) of Raeford, North Carolina; two daughters, Shirley Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; Sally Dial (Jeff) of Shannon, North Carolina; four brothers, Rudolph Revels, R.D. Revels, Grover Revels, Charles Wayne Revels, six sisters, Jane Chavis, Betty Bell, Susan Chavis, Betty R. Jacobs, Lenora Demery, Shelby Huggins, seven grandchildren: Shannon, Reagan, Jamie, Brandon, Rachel, Cena, Caleb, twelve great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends.
