Mr. Earl Ray Locklear age 49 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on January 30, 1972 to Mr. Harold Locklear and Mrs. Veronica Locklear and entered into eternity on Sunday, May 02, 2021 at UNC Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Woodrow and Rena Locklear, paternal grandparents, John Henry Locklear and Bessie M. Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Veronica Locklear, his father, Harold Locklear, one brother, Darryl Wayne Locklear, three sisters: Sandra K. Locklear, Angela K. Locklear, and Vicky L. Locklear. A host of other relatives and friends.
