Mr. Donald Brandon Smith age 40 was born on June 18, 1984, to Donald Ray Smith and the late Tammy Bullard in Burke County. He departed this life on April 6, 2025, at home. Along with his mother he is preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Betty McRoy, Carroll and Kay Baldridge.

Mr. Donald leaves to cherish his memories: his wife: Ashley Cayton of the home, two sons, Aiden Smith of the home, Zachary Cayton of Laurel Hill, North Carolina; two daughters: Destinee Smith and Halo Cayton both of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, his parents, Donald Ray Smith and wife Stephanie of Warsaw Virginia; one brother: Dalton Smith of Warsaw, Virginia, one sister: Shelly Chavez (Gabino) of Lumberton, North Carolina, grandfather: Foye Smith of Morganton, North Carolina, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
