Mrs. Dominique Nicole McNeill Monroe age 36 of Raeford North Carolina, received her wings on July 17, 2021 . She was born to Ronnie and Shirley McNeill in Lee County, North Carolina on April 4, 1985. Dominique was a dedicated mother and devoted wife. She was a loving, strong, and independent woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. Her caring and loving smile would always fill the room with joy. Dominique was a enforcer and played no games but she always showed love.
