Ms. Dianne Locklear age 67 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 20, 1958, to the late Otis Locklear and the late Daphina Brooks Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on July 25, 2026, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thaniel Locklear and Phillip Ray Locklear, and a sister, Macy Locklear.

Ms. Dianne leaves to cherish her memories her companion: Mitchell Locklear of the home, two sons: Ron-Anthony Rogers of Rowland, North Carolina, Mitchell Todd Oxendine of Pembroke, North Carolina, one daughter: Daphne Brooke Locklear of Fayetteville, North Carolina, three brothers:  Perry Marcus Locklear, Allen Kendell Locklear and Phillip Ray Locklear Jr. all of Pembroke, North Carolina, three sisters: Velinda Morgan of Rennert, North Carolina, Denise Hunt of Fairmont, North Carolina, Phylis Lynn Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, four grandchildren: Brannigan Rogers, Noah Rogers, Nyasia Locklear, Adam Oxendine, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
