Mrs. Deloris Revels Goins age 77 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on September 20, 1945, to the late Mr. Tommy Revels and late Mrs. Vergie McCormick in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on Friday, July 28, 2023, at FirstHealth Hospice. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Evelyn Locklear, Caroline Revels, three brothers, Bobby Revels, Vernie Revels, Tommy "Man" Revels Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 45 years, Mr. Larry Goins of the home, one son, Phillip Ray Goins of Red Springs, North Carolina; a daughter that she raised as her own, Leigh Ann Brooks of Red Springs, North Carolina; one brother, Dwight Revels of Red Springs, North Carolina; six sisters, Adell Chavis of Fairbluff, North Carolina; Geraldine Oxendine of Tomah Wisconsin; Jo Ann Revels of Red Springs, North Carolina; Mary Ann Smith, Janice Revels, Loleita Sue Revels all of Shannon, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Carlos Tolentino, Jennifer Tolentino, great-grandchild, Abriella Tolentino, two special friends that were like sisters to her, Regina Hawks and Wanda Locklear, two special caretakers, Darlene Goins and Ivene Jacobs and a host of other relatives and friends.
