Mrs. Della Locklear, age 43 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on March 2, 1979, to Linda Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. She went to her heavenly home on February 3, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Chancy Locklear and Ethel Locklear and her niece Belinda Locklear.
