Mr. Decill Deese age 64 of Rowland, North Carolina was born on May 30, 1958 to the late Grady Deese and the late Carrie Lee Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on December 6, 2022 at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents Grandford Chavis and Lula Bell Chavis, his aunt Margaret Backlund.
