Daylan Osceolia Bullard, age 19, of Maxton, North Carolina was born on August 08, 2002, to Mr. Donald Ellis Bullard and Mrs. Ashley Marie Strong, in Scotland County, NC. He departed this life into eternity on May 02, 2022. at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Locklear, and his aunt, Crystal Jones.

Daylan leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Cassandra Locklear of the home; one son, Elijah Owen Locklear of the home; his parents: father, Donald Ellis Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina and mother, Ashley Marie Strong of Laurinburg, North Carolina; five brothers: Nyleja Strong of Troy, North Carolina, Donald Bullard, Jr of Pembroke, North Carolina, Kendrick Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina, Donavan Bullard and Devin Bullard, both of Maxton, North Carolina; four sisters: Jasmine Taber and Harmony Taber, both of the home; Chelsey Locklear and Brooke Bullard, both of Maxton, North Carolina; his maternal grandparents: Dessa Jones ,Robert Stongs, paternal grandmother, Dolores Locklear, aunts and uncles: Maria and Seth Hunt, Jacqueline and David Sanderson, Bryan and Priscilla Lowery, Johnny Mitchell Bullard, Cheyenne Strong, Robert Strong and Lashonda Bryant; cousins: Hunter, Hayden, Safare, Shalya, Chantler, Sakyla, Seth Jr, Lakayi, Bobby, Jacob, Janiah, Hayden and Haysley, Hailey and Harley Chavis nephews: Jayden and Nyleja Jr; best friend, Julian Strickland; and, a host of other relatives and friends.
