He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, October, 03,2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vinson Jr. (Zack) Oxendine, Paternal grandparents, Carl Bracey Harris and Annie J. Harris, Maternal grandparents, Paul Oxendine and Mittie Oxendine, Aunt, Wanda Harris.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Kyra Bullard, Galecia C. Harris, Gia R. Harris, his mother Mary Helen Oxendine, father, Ennis Harris, mothers, Hope Harris and Loretta Harris. three brothers, Bryan (Nak) Oxendine, Steven Harris (Pa Pa), and Timothy Harris (Little Tim) two sisters, Tiffany Harris (TIf) and Lagale Locklear (Mook) special nephew, Malachi Oxendine, mothers of his children, Genia Locklear and Brittany Locklear. three special friends, Michelle Barton, Wendy Locklear, and Madelene Bullard.
