Mr. Clement Bullard Jr. age 75 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on August 29, 1945, to the late Clement Bullard and the late Ziatta Dial Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this to life to eternity on June 16, 2021, at his residence. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by Wendell Bullard.

Mr. Bullard leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Jacqueline Bullard of the home, three daughters: Robin M. Chavis (Kelvin Ray Chavis), April N. Bullard Bartlack ( John H. Bartlack), Autumn E. Bullard, one brother Milton Ray Locklear (Joan) of Jacksonville, Florida, three sisters: Mary B.Cummings (Wilbert) of Pembroke, North Carolina, Emma J. Lowery (James Earl) of Maxton, North Carolina, Ruth B. Locklear, seven grandchildren: Ashley R. Ross, Amber N. Chavis, Jade A. Chavis, Kellie R. Chavis, Holly N. Chavis, Kelvin Ross Chavis (Chrisy) Nakata W. Sanderson, seven great-grandchildren: Kenny, Drew, Ryder, Jacob, Jayla, Kinsley, Josiah, one great-grandchild: Chris along with a host of other relatives and friends.
