Mr. Claude 'Pee Wee" Locklear age 75 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on December 15, 1948, in Robeson County, North Carolina to the late Carlie Locklear and the late Mary Jane Barton Locklear. He departed this life on March 1, 2022, at his residence. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Edward Locklear, Edsel Locklear, Rev. Montana Locklear, Garvis Locklear, Carl Locklear, one sister Ethel Miller.

Mr. Claude leaves to cherish his memories two sons: Billy Locklear and Fred Locklear, one daughter: Tina Locklear, three sisters: Gertha Burnette, Cora Oxendine, Carol Locklear who was also his caretaker, a host of nephews and nieces, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
