Mr. Charles L Bullard age 60 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on August 30, 1962, to the late Charlie Bullard and the late Minnie Pearl Chavis. Charles departed this life to eternity on March 29, 2023, at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Wayne Bullard, and a sister Rhonda Sue Jacobs.
