Mr. Cashley Carl Scott age 39 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on February 18, 1983, to Mr. Carl Scott Jr and Mrs. Anita Faye Locklear in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, January 01, 2023. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. Alex Scott Jr, Eula Mae Scott, and maternal grandfather James Edward Locklear.

Cashley was a loving husband, father, son, and brother who will be truly missed. He enjoyed spending time with his family and riding his bike. He was supportive to those in his community. He had a smile that would light up a room. Cashley was a fashion icon especially with shoes. He will forever be remembered for his helping hand and love shown to all that knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Christi Scott of the home, three sons, Hunter Ray Henderson of Elizabethtown, North Carolina; Braeden Uriah Oxendine of Pembroke, North Carolina; Holden Ray Henderson of the home; two daughters, Chylon Nehaeh Scott of Pembroke, North Carolina; Cassily Haniya Scott of the home, father, Carl Scott Jr (Christy) of Ash, North Carolina; mother, Anita Faye Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; three brothers, Roger Dale Locklear of Richmond VA; Bruce Allen Scott of Raleigh, North Carolina; Corey Scott of Wilmington, North Carolina; two sisters, Jessica Prevatte of Lumberton, North Carolina; Cierra Scott of Michigan; grandparents, Rebecca Bell and Jerry Bell of Maxton, North Carolina; his special baby, Stormy Leigh Scott and a host of other relatives and friends.
