Mr. Carlos Bullard age 61 was born on December 18, 1959, to the late Daniel Webster "Whitehead"  Bullard and the late Bessie Jones Bullard and passed away into eternity on Friday, May 21, 2021, at UNC Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Wallace Bullard and two sisters Betty Lois Bullard and Joyce Bullard.

Carlos leaves to cherish his memories two brothers: Ronald Bullard and Jerry Bullard, five sisters: Daris Hunt of Clinton, North Carolina, Deloris Johnson of Bladenboro, North Carolina, Evelyn Goins, Diane Locklear, and Marilyn Bullard all of Pembroke, North Carolina, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
