Brooke Ashlee Taylor Locklear, age 25 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on September 25, 1997, to Ms. Mable Elaine Locklear and the late Mr. Philemon Locklear in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this earth on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, North Carolina. Along with her father she is preceded in death by her grandparents Searl Jones, Vernie Locklear and Frank Locklear.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Linnox Chayton Revels and Gracelyn Tinzli Locklear, her partner Lindsey Revels of Maxton, North Carolina; her mother, Mabel Elaine Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; three sisters, Scottie Amanda Jones (Derrick) of Maxton, North Carolina; Timmie A.C Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina; Paige Alexis Locklear (Dustin) of Maxton, North Carolina; one brother, Christopher Locklear, of Baltimore, Maryland; her grandmother, Norlene Locklear Jones, of Laurinburg, North Carolina; nieces and nephews. Genisis, Mercedes, Steven, DJ, Mackenzee, Aniya, Messiah, Legend and Sevyn and a godmother/second mom Patricia Silver and godfather/second dad Dennis Silver of Baltimore, Maryland; three god brothers Samuel, Dominick, Nathan of Baltimore, Maryland; and a host of relatives and friends.
