Brantly "Baby D" Donovan Locklear age 20 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on March 24, 2004, to the late Charlie Daniels Locklear and Ashley Brooke Maynor in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on December 10, 2024, at Atrium Health, Charlotte, North Carolina. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his grandfather Danny Brant Locklear.

Brantly was very outgoing, he loved to cook, sing, and dance.
