Mr. Billy Ray Lowery age 61, of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on March 12, 1960 in Robeson County to the late Mr. Bracey and the late Mrs. Snodie Lowry. He departed this life into eternal rest Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Morrison Manor Hospice in Scotland County. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Evelyn Lowery, Kathy Bullard, Britt Carl Lowery and Bracey Terry Lowry.

He leaves to cherish his memories, Two children, Alecia Ann Locklear and Kelton Locklear both of Lumberton, North Carolina. four brothers, Neal Lowry, Earl Lowry, Gerald Lowry, Bobby Dean Lowry; Eight sisters: Thelma Deeringwater, Molly Hunt, Polly Bullard, Rachel Locklear, Betty Carter, Sandra Hunt, Lillian Carter, and Rita Faye Lowry. Three grandchildren, Francheska Locklear, Alexis Collins, and Sharon Chavis. A host of other relatives and friends.
