Mrs. Betty Jane Bullard age 80 of Elizabethtown, North Carolina was born on July 3, 1945, to the late Wade Oxendine and the late Tressie Lowery Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life to her heavenly home on May 23, 2026, at East Bladen Health and Rehabilitation in Bladen County. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson James Walter Bullard, brothers, Russell "Bobby" Oxendine, Ed Oxendine, Henry Oxendine, sisters, Elmer Brewer, Thelma Oxendine, Gracie Oxendine, Annie M. Bullard, Martha Lee Locklear, and Patsy Oxendine.

Mrs. Betty leaves to cherish her memories one son: Rodney Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina, two daughters: Carol Parnell (Terry), Elizabethtown, North Carolina, Tammy Beeler (Timmy) of Raeford, North Carolina, two brothers: Clyde Oxendine of Red Springs, North Carolina, Carl Oxendine of Shannon, North Carolina, two sisters: Trudy O. Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, Dorothy Boone of Red Springs, North Carolina, eight grandchildren: Jason Jackson, Derrick Bullard, Abby Bullard, Cherly Maynor, Timothy Beeler, Rodney William Bullard, Austin Maynor, Tammy Renee  Beeler, fourteen great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
