Mrs. Barbara Thomas age 55 of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina was born on April 04, 1965, to the late Mr. Willie James Thomas and the late Mrs. Cattie Mae Fields Thomas in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Charles Bullard of the home; three sons: Edward Thomas (Brittany), Charles Willie (Danielle)Thomas all of Rex, North Carolina; Sebastian Thomas of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; four daughters: Denesha Oxendine (Allen McMillan), Reba Thomas all of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; Quatilla Oxendine (Jamie Talley) of Shannon, North Carolina; Beatrice Thomas Locklear (Larry) of Pembroke, North Carolina; one brother Eddie James Thomas of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; four sisters: Maggie Fields Jones and Goldie Fields of Lumberton, North Carolina; Catherine Patel of Rex, North Carolina; Jessie Lee Thomas of Fayetteville, North Carolina; a special brother Dan Collins of Shannon, North Carolina, two special sons David Morgan and Michael D. Morgan, three grandchildren: Dorain Thomas, Jacoby Thomas, and Cambree Talley; three step-grandchildren: Nevaeh Hardin, Randall Hardin, and Kileah Grace Talley. A host of other relatives and friends.
