Barbara Ann Locklear age 74 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on September 9, 1952, to the late Robert "Bob" Fulmer and the late Jessie Bell Locklear Fulmer in Lumberton, North Carolina - Robeson County. She departed this life to her eternal home on September 21, 2026, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Fulmer and Louis Fulmer, a grandson, Allen Michael Jacobs.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories one son: Prentice Locklear Jr. of Maxton, North Carolina, three daughters: Tonya Jacobs, Dolly Locklear, Paula Jacobs all of Red Springs, North Carolina, two stepchildren: Rev. Vincent Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, Lorna Hunt of Laurinburg, North Carolina, two brothers: Billy Fulmer of New Bern, North Carolina, Trent Woods of Red Springs, North Carolina, two sisters: Jackie Locklear and Lisa Lowery both of Maxton, North Carolina, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
