Annette McMillan age 57 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on January 8, 1965, in Robeson County to the late Mr. Reece McMillan and the late Mrs. Shirley Locklear McMillan. She entered into eternity on August 18, 2022, at UNC Southeastern Health Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by brothers, Jackie Locklear, Nelson McMillan, Leonard McMillan ,sisters, Sharon McMillian, Lisa McMillan, Jeannie Hardin, nieces, Savannah McMillan, Crystal Cummings, nephew, Reese Wesley McMillan.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Brandon McMillan, two daughters, Alona Oxendine and Santana Oxendine, three sisters, Connie Cummings, Sheila Chavis both of Red Springs, North Carolina: Darlene Barnes of Maxton, North Carolina; one brother, Gerald Cummings of Red Springs, North Carolina; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.  A host of other relatives and friends.
