Mr. Andrew Jacobs age 37 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on March 12, 1983 to the late Mr. Leon Barefoot and Mrs. Samantha Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this earthly life into eternal rest on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Jeremoy Locklear, his maternal grandmother, Mae Wes Jacobs and paternal grandfather, Leo Barefoot.
