Mr. Andrew Ranzey Carter "Rambo" age 64 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on November 11, 1958, to the late Hugh Carter and the late Rita Bell Scott in Hoke County, North Carolina. He departed this life on April 10, 2023, at his residence. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Wanda Lee Hunt Carter.

Mr. Andrew leaves to cherish his memories his children: Lawanda Sinclair, Billy Hunt, Jennie McPherson, Joanna Carter, a host of grandchildren, and great grandchildren all of Raeford, North Carolina, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
