Steven Ray Bullard Jr.

Steven Ray Bullard Jr. age 29 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on May 17, 1990 to Mr. Steven Ray Bullard Sr. and Ms. Tammy Locklear Bullard in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on August 4, 2019 in Richmond County, North Carolina. Steven was preceded in death by two sisters Sierra Bullard and Sienna Bullard.

Steven proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Steven leaves to cherish his memories, his son Aiden Alexander Bullard, (Aiden’s mother, Diana Martinez) his father, Steven Ray Bullard Sr., of Raeford, North Carolina; his mother, Tammy Locklear Bullard of Shannon, North Carolina;  four brothers, Eric Bullard, Cody Bullard and Lakota Bullard all of Raeford, North Carolina; and  Novi Patrick Bullard of Lilesville, North Carolina; his sister, Shonee Bullard of Raeford, North Carolina; his paternal grandmother/mother, Shirley Ann Walker of Raeford, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Marie Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina; special aunt, Samantha Bullard, special uncle, Chris Bullard both of Raeford, North Carolina; aunt, Melinda Rogers, aunt, Jessica Locklear Hall, uncle, Michael Lee Locklear and uncle Bobby Shane Locklear and a host of many other relatives and friends.
