He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Gracie Maynor of Red Springs, N.C , five sons: James Maynor Jr., Tommy Lynn Maynor both of Red Springs, North Carolina, Milton Lee Maynor of Hope Mills, North Carolina, James Wayne Locklear of Eastover, North Carolina, Christopher Lynn Maynor of Florida, two daughters, LaRhonda Kay Bullins of Shannon, North Carolina, Felicia Locklear Davis of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; two sisters, Margaret Deese of Wagram, North Carolina, Shelvie Ray of Fayetteville, North Carolina, sixteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
