James Sinclair Hunt age 57 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 9, 1962 to the late Mr. Herbert Hoover Hunt and the late Mrs. Joyce Carter Hunt in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on August 20, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Herbert Hunt Jr.

James leaves to cherish his memories three sons Eric Brooks, Shawn Collins both of Red Springs, North Carolina, Courtney Hunt of Port Wentworth, Georgia, one daughter Tabitha Hunt of Fairbanks, Alaska, three brothers Bobby Hunt of Raeford, North Carolina, David Paul Strickland of Red Springs, North Carolina, Jeremy Wayne Hunt of Charlotte, North Carolina, two sisters Vicki H. Arrington of Red Springs, North Carolina, Tracy Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
