Mr. James Crawford age 79, of Red Springs was born on May 10, 1939 to the late Samuel Julius Crawford Sr. and Mrs. Fordina Johnson Crawford in Robeson County North Carolina. He departed this life on Saturday, December 08, 2018 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, North Carolina.

Mr. James leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Remal Crawford of the home; one son, Thomas Felton Williams of Red Springs, North Carolina; two daughters, Lisa Williams of Durham, North Carolina and Sharon Crawford Quick and husband Earl S. Quick III of Durham, North Carolina; three grandchildren: Demeka McLean, Bryan S. Quick, and Dontrell Williams. two great- grandchildren, Jayden McLean, and Hailey McPhaul. and a host of relatives and friends.
