Mr. George Bullard age 70 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on December 12, 1949 to the late Mr. Roderick Bullard and Mrs. Zular Pevia Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Monday, January 06, 2020 at First Health Moore Regional in Hoke County.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Ellen Jane Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; two sons: Timothy Locklear of St. Pauls, North Carolina and George Allen Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; four daughters: Sally Bullard Dial (Jeff) of Red Springs, North Carolina, Shirley Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; Heather Davis (Chris) of Dillon, South Carolina and Twana Locklear of St. Pauls, North Carolina; a special son he raised as his own Joshua Powell of Dillon South Carolina; four brothers: Joe Gus Bullard (Lois) of Red Springs, North Carolina, Arnold Bullard (Patty) of Red Springs, North Carolina; Dexter Bullard of St, Pauls, North Carolina and  Roderick Jr. Bullard of Shannon, North Carolina; three sisters: Pauline Cummings (Earl) of Raeford, North Carolina; Barbara Youngs and Brenda Woods Bullard of Shannon, North Carolina. two special friends, Elisha Dial,and Sam Dial. ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.  A host of other family and friends.
