Franklin Pernell Locklear

Mr. Franklin Locklear age 75 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on August 12, 1943 to the Mr. Braxton Locklear and  Mrs. Movines Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on December 08, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Locklear is preceded in death by his father Mr. Braxton Locklear and his mother Mrs. Movines Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Mrs. Maggie Locklear of the home; one stepson, Kendrick Locklear (Stephanie) of Maxton, North Carolina; one granddaughter, Kenslee Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; two sisters, Precilla Lewis of Maxton, North Carolina and Carol Cummings of Fairmont, North Carolina; one brother, Fred Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina  and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Heritage Funeral Home, 812 South Main St. Red Springs, North Carolina. Visitation will be Wednesday December, 12, 2018 at Heritage Funeral Home from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Interment will follow after funeral service at  House of Christ Cemetery in Maxton, North Carolina.
