Earl J Locklear

Mr. Earl Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on June 27, 1947 to his mother Mrs. Julia Locklear Jacobs in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina completing his journey of 72 years. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Portia Hammonds, three brothers: Charles Jacobs, Ronald Jacobs, and Gerald Jacobs.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Denise Gwendolyn Jacobs of Baltimore MD. his mother Mrs. Julia Jacobs of Red Springs, North Carolina.one sister Betty Edwards of Shannon, North Carolina; three brothers, Jackie Jacobs, Glenn Jacobs and wife Diane  and Dobie Jacobs all of Red Springs, North Carolina. Special nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
