Mr. Carlee (Rollie) Ransom age 66 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on March 20, 1952 to the late Charlie Ransom and Ethel Mae Locklear Ransom in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on January 2, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Leonard Ransom, Charlie Ransom, Jimmy Lee Ransom, two sisters Myrtle McMillan, and Magalene Ransom.

Mr. Carlee loved his family, loved playing horseshoes and loved a Mello Yellow.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Josephine Tyler of the home, four sons Carlyle Cummings and wife Mary of Pembroke, North Carolina, Isaac Ransom of Red Springs, North Carolina, Chad Tyler of Raeford, North Carolina, Timothy Allen Tyler and wife Kim of Fairmont, North Carolina, four daughters Mary Stallings and husband Jeff of Parkton, North Carolina, Katie Locklear  and husband Gary, Judy Allen all of Pembroke, North Carolina, Ginger Bullock and husband Darrin of St. Pauls, North Carolina, the mother of his children Louise Ransom of Red Springs, North Carolina, three brothers Paul Ransom, Rev. Adam Ransom of St. Pauls, North Carolina,Junior Ransom of Raeford, North Carolina, eight sisters Mary Lois Maynor, Norelene Jones of Shannon, North Carolina, Eve Hardin of Wilmington, North Carolina, Dorothy Long of Lumberton, North Carolina, Louise Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina, Marie Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina, Lisa Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, Mary Bryant of Shannon, North Caroliona, 23 Grandchildren, 18 Great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
