Miss Belinda Locklear age 6 of Rowland, North Carolina was born on October 22, 2013 to Diana Miranda in Hoke County, North Carolina. She departed this earthly life to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday November 11, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton, North Carolina.

Belinda previously attended Sandy Grove Elementary School in Hoke County but had moved to Fairgrove Elementary School in Fairmont, North Carolina, Belinda loved to dance and sing, loved playing with family and friends and most of all she loved going to church.

Miss Belinda leaves to cherish her memories; her mother, Diana Hernandez Miranda and father Daniel Miranda of the home; grandmothers: Linda Locklear and Esther Garcia,Godmother Ashley Oxendine, her best pal Avery, aunts Della Marie Locklear (Jesus), Winter Locklear (Omar), Secilia Locklear (Dakota) all of Shannon, North Carolina, Gail Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina, Tania and Lizet Cajija of Robeson County, North Carolina, uncles: Dwayne Locklear ( Jessica) of Shannon, North Carolina, Simon Locklear (Rose) of Raeford, North Carolina, Dakota Locklear, Valentin Locklear both of Shannon, North Carolina and Elias Miranda of Robeson County, North Carolina  and a host of other relatives and friends. Belinda has now joined her best friend Gracelyn and great-great grandparents in Heaven.
