Annie B McCray

Mrs. Annie B. McCray, age 81, of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on July 1, 1937 to the late Roy Singleton and the late Edna McCray in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by Accie Dean Patterson, Frank McMillian, Albert McCray, Elijah "Sonney" McCray, Henry McMillian and Lelor McMillian.

Ms. Annie's first job of employment was at Fort Bragg, Quarter Master Laundry then journeyed on to Village Inn Motel in Red Springs, Little Mint and Biscuit World.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Prince Patterson of Hope Mills, North Carolina, three daughters, Brenda Blue of Lumberton, North Carolina, Dianne Patterson and Priscilla Snow both of Red Springs, North Carolina, one brother, Daniel McCray of Red Springs, North Carolina, four sisters, Catherine Mack and Helen Galbreath both of Red Springs, North Carolina, Allie McCray Berry Yeomans of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Rose Addie McLaughlin of Shannon, North Carolina, sixteen grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
